Reservation Contact for Faculty/Staff Campus‑wide
Request facilities in the academic buildings and auditoriums (faculty/staff only): Event Planning Guide
Request an account with your @utdallas.edu email address. Other email extensions will not be processed.
Your account will be activated within 72 hours. You will be notified via email (Monday-Friday).
Please complete all fields. Omitting information will cause a delay in your application process.
After logging in, click on the Reservations tab to begin your reservation request.
IMPORTANT: Submitting a request does not guarantee reservation.
Do not engage in any of the following until you receive an email that your request has been confirmed:
- Add to Comet Calendar
- Send out invitations
- Purchase food
- Print tickets or flyers
- Notify the press
- Enter into contracts or agreements
In the event of an emergency or inclement weather that causes UT Dallas to close, all reservations and requests on affected days will be canceled.

Classroom, Lecture Halls and Auditoriums
They are listed in Browse For Space as a reference and alternative option, because they are the most commonly requested rooms outside of the Student Union.
Please note, a blank area on the date and time you want to book does not guarantee that the location is available. We must submit all student group requests to the scheduler who manages those locations before they can be confirmed. Food is always prohibited inside these rooms.
